airCloud Communications is a local privately held Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) operating from base stations on Mt Diablo, Willow Pass Road, and other local Points of Presence.

airCloud operates it’s own network from end to end. We are not reliant on the phone company to run wires or troubleshoot cabling issues. There is no escalation path, our support lines ring straight to our Network Operations Center where issues are worked to resolution.

MANAGEMENT
With a history of successful ISP startups behind him, Dan Wilson – President/CEO/CTO founded airCloud Communications in 2001. Jerry Richardson – Vice President of Operations and a veteran of the Dot-Com era joined airCloud in 2004. Together the two have built a high quality, scalable, and reliable Internet Access Company focused on the needs of the Small to Medium size business.

SERVICE AREA
Covering over 1800 square miles airCloud Communications provides high quality Internet connections to businesses in Central, East, and South Contra Costa County. Because we have no dependency on other carriers, we can have a connection installed in days or in emergency situations, hours.

Additionally, airCloud is a member of the SkyWeb Alliance which effectively increases our service area to include the majority of the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.

BUSINESS DSL
768kbps to 6Mbps Business DSL with 5 IP's, email, on site installation and setup, and optional monitoring.
