| Not really. WiMax is a standard. Actually, a group of standards, but standards none the less.
The "million incompatible WiMax implementations" are using pre-certification gear. Just like with the 802.11n...vendors have been selling pre-cert gear for years and most provide a firmware upgrade to bring the hardware in compliance once the standard has been ratified. -- »www.VoIPTrunk.com | |
