Dish to Sell $30 OTA Dongle for Hopper DVR
Should Be Available to Users This Week
by Karl Bode 08:27AM Tuesday Nov 20 2012
Dish is preparing to launch an over the air (OTA) dongle for use with their controversial (at least among broadcasters) Hopper ad-skipping DVR. The company gave the folks over at Satellite Guys a first look at the device, which should sell for around $30 and connect an antenna to the Hopper DVR via USB. The folks over at Satellite Guys say they were able to pick up around 30 digital stations using the device, though they note there was some problems with the Hopper program guide correctly labeling the content. Dish's website has a few photos of the device, and users note that it should be available this week.

I don't care about Hopper Please, Please.....

Stop that damn ad' on iHeart Radio that has the Bozo's on a couch screaming at the top of their lungs. Kind of hard to take when opening the app in the morning not knowing if you are going to be slapped in the ears with this "A" hole ad'.
