The U.S. International Trade Commission this week posted a notice to its website (pdf) imposing a U.S. import ban on the iPhone 4 and iPad 2 for violating Samsung patents, as the feud between the companies continues. Specifically, the ban only applies to iPhone 4s and iPad 2 3G's sold for use on AT&T, T-Mobile and two smaller carrier networks (Alaska's General Communications and CT Cube in Texas). Apple, who has promised to appeal the decision, can still sell the devices during the sixty day review period.
