The speeds in general are not the same even in the same market. With TWC/RR it depends anymore about their mood that day of the week. | |

Except for Huntington Beach where they have FIOS to compete with.... Premium there is 15/2, and I don't know about standard.

Many are just going back to dial up from America as caps, speed throttling and no newsgroups have all but killed the internet up here. Might i add ridiculously high prices? | |
