Virus floods Kazaa, authors claim moral goals
A new virus
that is worming its way around the Kazaa network "means well" according to its creators. The authors of the Benjamin virus
claim they designed the worm to disrupt the distribution of pirated software and child pornography. The worm however, appears to have profit
as its central motive, as it opens an advertisement heavy web-page upon infection. Paul Komoszki, one of the developers, calls the virus "a controlled test" that should pave the way for future versions.
