Utopia, which will be the nation's largest municipal fiber network, will provide fourteen Utah cities with broadband, phone, and television services. The group yesterday announced they'd be using Minerva Networks' IP Television Platform to provide triple play services to residents. In addition to triple play services, residents will also receive video-conferencing services, as well as "always-on" video monitoring for at-home caregivers.
