"bitch dog" after she had to complain repeatedly about poor service. After yesterday's heated media attention, Comcast has responded by firing the two employees responsible, and issuing a public apology, notes the
Tribune.
"We are appalled by this treatment of our customer and want to extend our sincerest apologies" said Comcast in a statement. Meanwhile the Tribune editorialists wonder
