Fourty nine is just too damn young for anyone to die.

| Re: God Bless... I think the word you are looking for is sickle, although technically what the dude in the robe carries is a scythe.
A dude with a robe and cycle could just be a judge riding to work.

This is one of those things where no matter how you feel about someone, you are saddened to hear about.
This thread wasn't started so you could bash the company the guy ran. This isn't the Rants forum.

| Mr. Betty may you rest in peace in Heaven First I just wanted to say thanks for creating Earthlink. I had Earthlink High Speed through my cable provider (Time Warner) and it worked for me and my family. Thanks for being there for us. I've been a customer for over a yr but right now I'm using Road Runner. Same as your service but Road Runner had longer in the run.
Second, I want to wish your family well after you had passed away. It must had been hard for them. You died at a very young age. May God rest your soul!
To all Earthlink customers, Mr. Betty was not only who provided us high speed but he was a loyal man, strong, and a great chief executive officer. Earthlink keep up the good work, if not try better than ever!

| Ouch... ... it seems it was just the other day when I read here that he was diagnosed... it's crazy how fast he passed away. My maternal grandparents died of cancer so I'm always tremble for my retired parents health but I'm not sure how I will end up either... He shall RIP. | |

| That's Really, Really Young My condolences to Betty's family. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2004 and am just now recovering from all the poisonous medicine you're given in hopes of curing it. But on a positive note, did you ever notice the great number of achievements made by some who die so young? Betty was right up there with the best in that department. -- If you think you can or you think you can't, you're probably right....Henry Ford | |
