two day workshop on broadband, aimed at discussing network neutrality, competition and consumer protection issues. We're still working our way through the
video and transcripts of the panels, but it's pretty clear discussions never veered far from network neutrality and the endless debate over deregulation of the industry. Public Knowledge's Harold Feld laments over at his
blog that consumers are lost in these debates, with only one real consumer advocate present on the
"consumer protection panel." In short: people talked, taxpayer money was spent and nothing changed.
