Playing WOW outside library in parking lot...

Police confiscated the laptop of an Alaskan man for using a library Wi-Fi AP to play World of Warcraft from the library parking lot after hours, notes UPI (via Engadget). Apparently the man "had been chased out of a number of locations around Palmer" for leeching Wi-Fi. He's currently waiting to see if he'll be charged with a crime. "There are library rules governing its use and Tanner wasn't following them," says the report, which fails to mention the library failed to properly secure the network if they don't want people using it after hours.
