Rubbish, a bunch of FUD designed to scare executives into signing expensive consulting contracts. Unless your VOIP network is built by idiots, there's no such thing as "vishing" or "voice spam".

The Apple "OX" hack is just a description of single user mode. Yes, if you have unsupervised physical access to a computer without an open firmware password, you can get into it.
