It would be believable if they stated "better" customer service. Who do they think they are kidding?
The corporate "gods" are insulting our intelligence with this crap.
They've got the easy part done, talking about it. Only time will tell if anything improves, of course they didn't promise that anything would improve.

They continue to get killed in this industry, even with a great product.
Who's fault is that? The Customers fault, or the Executive Management's fault who is too busy tinkering with their pocket protectors, instead of running a real, vibrant business. | |
