Getting the cable modem's to certify with the doc 3 standard has not been clear sailing. The first wave of modems are not capable of the full bonded channels on the upload side. Eventually it will be capable of 50/20 or more. | |

Not so far...I have yet to see anything that looks like an upgrade to blast in ATL. Uverse has 18mbps in ATL, but comcast has 8 with a very short boost.

And are you saying that anyone who gets an increase in speed will automatically have a change in behavior? My speeds doubled recently due to upgrade, this doesn't mean I now play ffxi for 10-12hours a day and that my kids now play WOW 4-8 hours a day. MOST people will have the same amount of usage as before, they just do some things a bit faster then before. | |
