Re: Hrm I think it's safe to say that if it wasn't for all those "chicken little impersonations" a lot of us would be dealing with UBB right now. I think the real lesson is if you don't want to be gouged by your ISP then you'd better make your voice heard.

Why is this important? Nothing happened why is this even a story. They ran a trial and choose not to do caps. It would have been a story if they had decided to put on the caps.
