Monday Apr 28 2008 22:49 EDT The Tennessee House overwhelming passed legislation on Monday to help AT&T and other telecommunications companies gain a statewide handhold on the cable TV market. The vote is one of the final steps before the bill heads to the governor’s desk. “I think we passed a good piece of legislation. It’s certainly not perfect by any means, but I think it’ll go a long way toward creating competition in this state,” said Rep.
