AT&T Inc. is looking to stuff a few stockings this holiday season. In order to stay competitive in the Digital Subscriber Line market, the company is offering consumers a $100 gift card for people who sign up for SBC Yahoo! DSL online.

Between now and Dec. 31, San Antonio-based AT&T (NYSE: T - News) will give a $100 Visa Gift Card to new SBC Yahoo!, DSL Express and SBC Yahoo! DSL Pro subscribers. Orders must be placed through the company's Web site (www.sbc.com).

For those who sign up for the service, the gift card can either be sent to their home or to a friend or family member, says Scott Helbing, chief marketing officer for AT&T Consumer Marketing. West Suburban Bank in Chicago is issuing the Visa Gift Card, which can be used at any store that accepts Visa debit cards.
