Next year, AT&T is expected to roll out consumer Internet telephony services to the 100 largest markets according to David Dorman, AT&T's chief executive. This will allow AT&T to compete with local and regional service providers as well as Time Warner Cable, Sprint, and MCI, all of which have recently announced plans for VIoP. It is expect via an employee and consumer trail of this service, AT&T's network will carry more service than any other current network.
