This will impact the nine-state Bellsouth region that BellSouth Internet Services serves. WHY? The registration server is down due to a bad disk. The estimated time of resolution is determined. We will further update you once the service has been restored. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for choosing BellSouth Internet Services.

Resolution: We have successfully restored service in your area. Potential customers are able to register for service normally. The service was restored at 9:00 a.m. EST. The duration of the outage was 40 minutes.
