The Hi-Speed USB 2.0 8-in-1 Media Reader & Writer will begin shipping on May 30, 2003.

The Belkin Hi-Speed USB 2.0 8-in-1 Media Reader & Writer allows for dragging and dropping files, images, and music to a computer from media storage cards used in a PDA or handheld, MP3 player, digital camera, or other device. Users may also drag and drop files from one media card to another. With four slots dedicated to eight types of media, users have the option to read and/or write the following media cards: CompactFlash® I, CompactFlash II, SmartMedia™, Secure Digital, MultiMediaCard, IBM® Microdrive™, Memory Stick®, and MemoryGate™ Memory Stick. Drawing power through the computer’s USB port, this product requires no additional power supply. Additionally, it installs and works easily with Plug-and-Play, hot swap capability. This new advance from Belkin provides flexibility to work with virtually any type of media.

The Hi-Speed USB 2.0 8-in-1 Media Reader & Writer comes with Ulead® DVD PictureShow™ 2 SE Basic for PCs, which allows for enhancement and sharing of photos on CDs, DVDs, and TVs.
