Bright House Now Offering Direct Support in Our Forums
Private Support From Certified Bright House Technicians

Bright House Communications has joined a growing number of broadband ISPs that have decided to offer private, direct support to users right here in the Broadband Reports forums. Now in addition to finding help and information from other users in our public Bright House forum, users who need more personal support for technical or billing issues can post their problems in the Bright House direct forum. The forum gives users a secure, private environment to discuss account information directly with certified Bright House support representatives. You can view our growing list of ISPs that are now offering official support via Broadband Reports here, and we're working on adding additional ISPs all the time.

Sprint refuses to pay to be on here just like many other companies. And the ones that don't pay normally take a beating from the news guy on a regular basis.

a couple of those companies could be removed since they're no longer in business. Covad is one of them, Speakeasy is another.

Great!

A couple of years ago a snowbird friend of mine was having trouble with the ISP he had in Arizona. I happened to know that company gave direct support here. He posted on that forum and a rep' contacted him and thing where quickly straightened out. He went from I am going to drop this %#@&Y%%$! outfit to a loyal customer.

TWC direct helped me out... they finally [that I noticed] resolved a problem with line noise that was plaguing my phone / internet / and digital tv... especially the phone / internet going out without warning.
... It was a problem affecting a wide area- it only took 5-6 years to get it resolved.

Brighthouse Networks Support on DSLR is untouched.

I have used the online support for BHN on DSLR a few times for family, friends and myself and each time I get a very quick response and the matter is resolved quicker than it would take for me to get someone on the phone (and even that is pretty fast).

This service is a HUGE benefit to BHN customers and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in using it. BHNtechXpert takes every issue very seriously and is great at what he does.
