He posted on that forum and a rep' contacted him and thing where quickly straightened out. TWC direct helped me out... they finally [that I noticed] resolved a problem with line noise that was plaguing my phone / internet / and digital tv... especially the phone / internet going out without warning. ... It was a problem affecting a wide area- it only took 5-6 years to get it resolved. | |

| Brighthouse Networks Support on DSLR is untouched. I have used the online support for BHN on DSLR a few times for family, friends and myself and each time I get a very quick response and the matter is resolved quicker than it would take for me to get someone on the phone (and even that is pretty fast).
This service is a HUGE benefit to BHN customers and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in using it. BHNtechXpert takes every issue very seriously and is great at what he does.
