I will be moving to FIOS TV as soon as I get the chance. Let them raise the rates, I won't be paying them much longer. 2.3% may not be a lot but don't forget how many times they have raised the rates and by how much in the past.

Big deal their internet / telephone rates have not gone up. The industry standard prices are simply being enforced, if they go any higher or lower they'll lose money, it is simple economics.

If you can deal with the loss in speed, it is a smart choice. I can only get 384kbit service. No where near that of my 8,000kbit OOL service. Though when FIOS comes around I am quite sure I'll be switching unless CV can really improve itself over FIOS.
