| CEP Members Locked Out by Bell ExpressVu I thought it would make more business sense to settle with the workers when you are trying to gain "market" share of a relatively new product? Isn't this a critical time to be making sure all your workers are there and producing 100%?

| I spoke to one of the guys who does the dish installation today and he said there was no work for him right now. I asked him if he knew about the "Lockout" and he said he had no idea it had occurred.
