CIPPIC states:
"It was only one party’s actions –Bell’s – at issue in this proceeding. The Campaign for Democratic Media opposed Bell’s position and supported CAIP’s in its entirety.
Accordingly, Bell, and not CAIP, should be responsible for any costs awarded the Campaign for Democratic Media."
