[Trouble] DSL Slowdown

DSL speed test show a big slowdown. Been getting about 2 Meg down but upload looks fine. Went through the usual troubleshooting. Ended up testing all the way back to the NID and still getting slow speeds. Also tested with 2 modems (5100a and 5100b). I have the ELITE package. Noticed delays in loading pages about 2 weeks ago and the slow down a few days ago. I have been seeing a lot of AT&T trucks around here lately. Thought they were doing upgrades to prepair for UVERSE. Also thought that my problem might clear on it's own when AT&T was done. I don't think that is the case now and that I have a legit problem. Could you check out the line for me?

I did some troubleshooting. The problem is on my end. All the testing I have done in the past was with my laptop. I fired up an old pc and discovered my speeds are fine. I should have tried another pc before opening a thread here. I have to figure out what going on with my laptop.
