The Problem Isn't With Qwest

Bandwidth exhaustion problems abound...and customers (including myself) are growing more angry by the minute.
CenturyLink's chief operating officer, blamed the companies decline in broadband customers on Qwest, claiming that Qwest customers tended to buy stand alone broadband service and were harder to retain.

I tried this, two weeks ago, and have yet to receive a response. That's really bad customer service...
