I have got all the specificatins on the above cable modem with WiFi, HpNA, firewall. It has an interesting twist in that the WiFi (802.11b initially) is supported via a PC Card interface meaning it can be upgraded to 802.11g. Question I have is, can I simply insert a 802.11g PC Card and viola, I have a 54 Mbps wireless network. The literature talks about a software upgrade from "your cable operator" but I cannot see how this is necessary.

I am also wondering why WPA support was not included as this seems to be a recent product.
