(Nasdaq: CHTR) (along with its subsidiaries, the Company) today reported financial and operating results for the three months ended June 30, 2004. The Company also provided pro forma results, which reflect the sales of certain cable systems to Atlantic Broadband Finance, LLC in March and April 2004, and WaveDivision Holdings, LLC, in October 2003, as if they both occurred on January 1, 2003.
