STOWE, Vt. -- Memorial Day weekend is too late for skiing and too early for swimming in Vermont. But it's as good a time as any for chocolate. The Vermont Chocolate Show is scheduled to take place May 26-27 at the Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa.

The show will include a children's chocolate land, chocolate sculptures, demonstrations by pastry chefs and a lounge where chocolate martinis and Vermont-brewed chocolate beer will be served. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for children.
