"This is not a sale of assets, but rather Panasonic Avionics Corporation may use Connexion by Boeings general approach in a way that would allow airlines that have already deployed Connexion to make a simple and relatively quick transition," notes Glenn Fleishman.
InFlight On-line notes Panasonic has a lighter and cheaper system
"designed, developed and ready to go," which they're willing to migrate former Connexion customers to.
