It sounds like this company is much more than a billing firm. I hope they do a good job of supporting us! -- I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken.

Where did you get your facts that they are a billing company? Everything I can find says that this company deals in professional tech support service..........We will just wait and see what happens.........
