Forget to pay a traffic ticket?
Accidentally blow off the hearing you requested to explain why you didn't deserve the ticket?
If so, you may be in good company: An estimated 35,000 state residents have benefited so far from a state Supreme Court ruling in early June making it illegal for the Department of Licensing to suspend licenses for unpaid tickets for minor traffic violations or missed court hearings.
