Covad Communications entered into resale agreements that enable each company to expand their coverage areas and customer reach for digital subscriber line (DSL) and T1 broadband services.

Under the agreements, Covad expands its reach to 600 New Edge Networks central offices in small and midsize cities, including eight new states which increase Covad's footprint to 43 states.
