They haven't said, but I speculate Central Florida will be one of them. I've noticed them coming thru the neighborhood deploying an awful lot of UPS systems and generators on the cable plant. This usually means only one thing: phone is not far behind. And I happen to know from some "sources" (ohhhh that sounds sooooo important) that they wanted to roll it out in 2005. So I think we're one of those markets. Time will tell. -- "Don't steal. The government hates competition."
why bother with voip, when here in san diego they have/offer digital phone service over their coax network
Cox will be phasing out the type of phone system you have in SD over time in favor of VoIP. Circuit switched is going the way of the dinosaur. -- "Don't steal. The government hates competition."
