May 7, 2010: A new report on satellite Internet service has been published by the Rural Mobile and Broadband Alliance, a non-profit group that seeks to improve access to broadband in rural America.

Know as RuMBA USA, the group's membership consists of experts in broadband, suppliers of broadband, rural businesses, and rural residents interested in broadband.

This 22-page report on satellite Internet service is the first in a series of white papers on the broadband options available to rural communities.
