DIGI Telecommunications Sdn Bhd has launched its DiGi Postpaid Flexi e-load scheme, which is aimed at enabling its customers to pay their monthly postpaid bills with ease. To use the service, DiGi postpaid customers need only bring their bills to any DiGi dealer displaying the Flexi e-load sign anywhere in the country. Upon receipt of the bill, the dealer will send an SMS (short message service) to the customer to confirm the amount required for payment. The customer then confirms the amount via SMS and pays the dealer the amount due, either in cash or by using his credit card. The dealer will stamp the payment slip indicating the amount paid, the time, and date of payment. An ID number for future reference will also be printed on the bill. The customer's account will be updated within the hour. Customers who have had their service barred can call DiGi customer Service at 016-221 1800 for immediate unbarring after they have made their payments. Full article
