OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - Telecommunications companies Embarq Corp. and AT&T Inc. have resolved a lawsuit over how much AT&T pays Embarq to carry parts of its customers' long-distance calls.
In documents filed in federal court last week, the two sides had the case dismissed, saying they had reached a settlement.
"AT&T and Embarq have satisfactorily resolved their disputes, and the terms thereof are confidential," the companies said in separate statements.
