It's annoying as hell. You'd think they don't want people to know their pricing and terms--- they might shop around!
(Actually I think that's the point.... Keep it all secret unless you're in the ordering process.)

And it would make for a nice seedbox connecetion  | |

| Capped as bad as TW Main reason I'm not getting Surewest fiber out here in Sacramento is the caps. Even without torrenting I can burn through 100GB in a few weeks for video production. They're good if you want a super fast connection to send a few pictures to grandma or read the news a few dozen times, but if you want to do anything even close to real usage, youtube and all, you'll get nerfed damn quick. | |
