Residents on the Isle of Dogs benefited when fibre to the cabinet came to the Poplar exchange area some time ago, but people in blocks of flats tended to miss out on the benefits. As part of a trial aimed at residents of high-rise developments Openreach is canvasing interest to install fibre to flats in the West India Quay, Canary Riverside and Port East areas.
