File-sharing 'not cut by courts'

Global court action against music file-sharers has not diminished illegal song-swapping, says an industry report.

Despite 20,000 cases in 17 countries the overall level of file-sharing has remained constant for two years.

But the International Federation of the Phonographic Industries (IFPI) said it was "containing" the problem.
