It's crazy that Verizon launched this plan. It's got 50GB of premium data (same QCI 8 priority as the postpaid Do More/Play More/Get More plans) and totally unlimited priority data when on 5G UW (both mmWave and C-band) plus unlimited hotspot at 5Mbps for just $45 which is inclusive of taxes. It's basically a premium cell plan for single line customers. The new plans are on Verizon's network core instead of Visible's cloud infrastructure (which is being retired entirely next year) so there is really no drawback other than the customer service deficiency and of course, no streaming bundles or other perks, which many would agree didn't justify the 2x cost anyway.
The $30 plan doesn't have priority data but is also using Verizon's network core so it drastically undercuts Verizon's own prepaid and now that it has roaming included, there's really no reason to get Verizon's own prepaid unless customer service is that important to you.
On top of this, there is a deal right now where if you sign up with this PayPal link, you get $5 off either plan as long as you have it, making the $30 plan $25 and the $45 plan $40.

www.visible.com/v/paypalIf I needed more than my Tello $7 plan gives me, I would seriously consider this. AT&T and T-Mobile don't have a direct answer to the $45 plan since their top prepaid plans are $50 and $60 with autopay. Should be interesting to see if they respond.
