If the AAs have proof they need to contact proper authorities. Authorities look and said proof and then get proper subpoena/warrant .
The authorities contact isp get user info with above subpoena/warrants.
Authorities go back and get new warrants to search users home.
If evidence is found authorities take proper action.
Last time I checked the AAs are not any sort of authorized legal authority nor is the ISP. Although the AAs seem to think they are. | |
