8. Use of Your Content.
1. Adobe does not claim ownership of Your Content. However, with respect to Your Content that you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Services, you grant Adobe a worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, distribute, derive revenue or other remuneration from, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such Content (in whole or in part) and to incorporate such Content into other Materials or works in any format or medium now known or later developed. You didn't think they were offering up this "free" service out of the goodness of their hearts, did you?
This is the most far-reaching and egregious property grab I've ever laid eyes on with regards to user posted content.
Adobe, you should be ashamed! I'd caution anyone from using this service.
Apparently, they have been "shamed" and claim they never intended to steal user's content. They claim they are working with their legal team to 'remedy' the situation.
