North Korea Visitor Internet Access

At first this seemed like a huge slap in the face to citizens. A few seconds later it dawned on me that North Korea wants visitors to have Internet access so they can track where they are and what they are doing -- especially since you have to purchase a 3G USB modem or a compatible SIM card. I'm sure obtaining either of these items will require a DNA sample!
