Having been a listener of Pandora from day one, and also a Sirius XM subscriber, I hope the lawsuit backfires on BMI. Sirius pays much less for it's music rights then Pandroa and I feel it shoud be the SAME for ALL non-FM/AM radio broadcasters. The moment SXM started streaming on the internet, that, if anything, should have cost them MUCH more then they have to pay vs what Pandora has to pay. So, unless BMI is willing to charge the SAME price for it's "content" to everyone, then they need to back off and leave Pan alone.
