Cox suspends billing for hard-hit areas of New Orleans for entire month of September

· New Orleans area residential and CBS customers will not be billed by Cox for services for the entire month of Sept.

· CSRs/FSRs can advise customers in the affected areas of the no charge for service for Sept.

· Cox has no physical capability at this time to take action on disconnect requests; therefore, CSRs/FSRs are not to process customer requests for disconnections in the New Orleans area.

Bills for September will be waived for residential customers in the following locations:

St. Charles Parish, St. Bernard Parish, New Orleans, East New Orleans, The West Bank, Harvey, Kenner, Harahan
