A bug generated by MSN, Microsoft's portal site, while it was upgrading its e-mail system caused trouble by allowing users to create e-mail accounts with 2-gigabyte storage capacity free of charge.
Microsoft Korea, the software giant's affiliate here, on Sunday said many Korean mail users made free 2-gigabyte Hotmail accounts, capitalizing on the start-up glitches.
