Maxis Hotlink offers 2 new services
by teh Thursday 16-Dec-2004
Maxis Communications Bhd's prepaid service Hotlink is now offering two new services - Share-a-Top Up and Easy Top Up - providing customers greater flexibility of topping up their credit balance through friends and dealers at various values and with a longer validity period. In a statement on Dec 15, Maxis said customers could now top-up in any denomination from RM5 onwards through participating dealer outlets. "Any amount between RM5 and RM100 is acceptable."

RM10 top-up allows customers to keep their Hotlink account active for seven days, while a RM5 top-up extends their Hotlink account's active period by three days. With Share-a-Top Up, customers with higher credit balance can transfer their airtime credit to another fellow Hotlink Prepaid customer. Here, customers are given the freedom to share their prepaid balance with their friends and family. The flexibility and value that both services offer is yet another way for Hotlink and Maxis to retain its customer base that is approaching six million. Full article The Edge Daily
