I love to see these companies pushing the speed cost barriers, but hate the fact that it always seem to be in such a small area and never my neighborhood. It's so close to me yet so far.. Dang you people who have access to this.
I also wish this would push those surrounding areas to this to upgrade their speeds yet never seems to work that way either. Even better when you see those cost comparisons. You would think Centurylink would be able to push this out faster to more areas since they charge nearly double and own a bigger geographical area than US internet. They do seem to do a good job of upgrading only those areas that are competitive though who would have thunk it.
2.5-10gbps is nice, but I'd just settle for 25/10 over my current speeds.
