I think it's up to the federal judge to decide, not AT&T. AT&T may run our Senate and Congress, but they don't run the Federal Judiciary System.

Satellite Launch Heralds New Era in Broadband Industry

When said satellite only increase your cap from 200 MB, 300 MB, 400 MB a day to 250 MB, 350 MB, 450 MB a day. I'd hardly call that any kind of "new era". When a person can't even stream ONE standard definition movie on Netflix without hitting a cap, you suck.
